Movie – Ginger

Cheri Caffaro won a Brigitte Bardo look-alike contest in the 1960s and starred in a series of cheesy exploitation movies in the 1970s. Here’s one : Ginger (1971). The police suspect that a drug and forced-prostitution ring is behind the recent spate of kidnappings and disappearances, but so far they’ve been unable to infiltrate the suspects gang. To break the case, they recruit Ginger, a young woman from an upper-class family to act as bait for the kidnappers and hopefully lead the police to their hideout. She start killing, beating and castrating bad guys.

The movie was a big hit and the “Ginger” character returned in two other movies : “The abductors” and “Girls are for loving”.
